1. General Information

2. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with full payment due prior to the commencement of the service.
• Alaturca Turkey reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations made within 30 days may be subject to cancellation fees.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

4. Liability
Alaturca Turkey acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers, such as transportation, accommodation, and activity operators. While we strive to ensure a smooth experience, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.

6. Passport & Visa Requirements
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation. Alaturca Turkey is not liable for delays or cancellations due to incomplete travel documents.

7. Changes to Itineraries
Alaturca Turkey reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, services, or schedules when deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.

8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and used solely for the purpose of providing travel services.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Turkish jurisdiction.
